Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and departure, assisting with luggage handling and transportation arrangements as needed.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests, providing accurate information about the property, local attractions, and services.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in common areas, lobbies, and guest corridors, ensuring a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms or event spaces, ensuring all requirements are met according to established standards.
- Support various departments, including Housekeeping, Front Office, and Food & Beverage, to ensure seamless guest service delivery.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the appropriate department for prompt resolution.
- Adhere to all safety, security, and hygiene standards and procedures set by the establishment.
