Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms and suites according to established hotel standards and procedures, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, and replenishing amenities.
- Inspect rooms for repairs or maintenance needs and promptly report any issues to the supervisor.
- Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, towels, and stationery.
- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously, ensuring their needs are met with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping trolleys, linen closets, and storage areas.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Sort, count, and prepare linen for laundry services.
- Handle lost and found items according to hotel policy.
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience (6+ months) as a housekeeper or room attendant in a hotel or similar hospitality environment

- High school diploma or equivalent
