Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms and common areas according to hotel standards, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, scrubbing bathrooms, and polishing.
- Replenish guest room amenities, linens, and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards and report them promptly to the appropriate department.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts, storage areas, and equipment.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and procedures.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries in a polite and efficient manner, escalating complex issues to supervisors.
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned rooms within specified timeframes.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Properly handle and dispose of waste and recycling materials.
