Key Responsibilities
- Bag groceries efficiently and carefully, ensuring proper handling of all items, including fragile and temperature-sensitive products.
- Assist customers with carrying groceries to their vehicles, providing a friendly and helpful service.
- Retrieve shopping carts from the parking lot and other designated areas, ensuring availability for customers and maintaining a safe environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front end of the store, including bagging areas, restrooms, and customer service desks, to uphold Publix standards.
- Greet customers warmly and assist with general inquiries, directing them to appropriate departments or colleagues when necessary.
- Support cashiers by ensuring bagging areas are stocked with bags and other necessary supplies.
- Provide outstanding customer service, always aiming to exceed expectations and leave a lasting positive impression.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety, sanitation, and operational guidelines.
- Assist in maintaining a tidy and attractive store appearance both inside and outside the building.
Required Skills
