Brandflick Agency is seeking a talented and highly motivated Graphic Designer to join our thriving creative team in Karimo, Abuja. As a Graphic Designer at Brandflick, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing and executing a wide range of visual materials across various platforms, from digital campaigns and social media content to print advertisements, brand identities, and experiential designs. You will work closely with our creative director, art directors, copywriters, and client service teams to translate strategic objectives into visually stunning and effective designs that meet brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences. This role requires not just technical proficiency in design software but also a keen understanding of marketing principles, current design trends, and the ability to craft compelling stories through imagery and typography. You’ll be responsible for developing creative concepts from initial brief to final artwork, ensuring all deliverables are of the highest quality and delivered on schedule. Key Responsibilities
- Develop compelling visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for a wide array of advertising and marketing materials, including digital ads, social media content, websites, brochures, flyers, posters, and presentations.
- Collaborate closely with the creative director, marketing team, and account managers to understand project requirements, client briefs, and campaign objectives.
- Translate marketing strategies into creative and impactful visual designs that align with brand guidelines and target audience preferences.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications.
- Prepare final artwork for print and digital publication, adhering to technical specifications and quality standards.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and managing revisions efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance creative output.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to creative campaigns.
- Provide design support for internal marketing initiatives and agency branding as needed.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills, creative concepts, and finished projects
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
- Ability to conceptualize and execute design ideas from initial brief to final production
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design choices effectively
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
