Job Description
First Interstate Bank is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team in Billings, Montana. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and a passion for creating visually appealing and effective marketing materials. You will be responsible for developing and executing visual concepts for a variety of marketing campaigns, including brochures, website banners, social media graphics, email marketing materials, and presentations. You will work closely with marketing team members to ensure brand consistency and meet project deadlines. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and design marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and digital assets.
- Create visually appealing and effective social media graphics.
- Design website banners and other web-based graphics.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
- Collaborate with marketing team members on various projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Excellent design skills and a strong visual portfolio
- Experience with branding and visual identity
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
- Experience with video editing software is a plus
