Key Responsibilities
- Carefully hand-pick ripe grape bunches from the vines, following specific instructions from vineyard supervisors.
- Ensure grapes are harvested gently to prevent damage and maintain quality.
- Transport harvested grapes from the vineyard rows to collection points.
- Assist with initial grape sorting and inspection in the packing or processing shed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all hygiene and safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with the vineyard team to achieve daily harvest targets.
- Operate basic harvesting tools safely and efficiently.
- Report any issues with grape quality, pests, or equipment to the supervisor promptly.
