Key Responsibilities
- Participate in structured rotations across key banking departments (e.g., Corporate Banking, Retail Banking, Risk, Product Development).
- Contribute to ongoing projects, research, and strategic initiatives within assigned business units.
- Conduct data analysis, market research, and prepare comprehensive reports to support informed decision-making.
- Learn and apply financial models, risk assessment tools, and banking regulations in practical scenarios.
- Collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and improve operational efficiency.
- Engage with clients (internal and external) to understand their needs and contribute to exceptional service delivery.
- Actively participate in workshops, training sessions, and dedicated mentorship programs.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to senior management and colleagues.
- Adhere strictly to all regulatory compliance standards and internal company policies.

Required Skills
- Recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, STEM, or a closely related field.

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.
