Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional business strategies to achieve ambitious growth, profitability, and market share targets.
- Oversee all operational aspects within the Northern Cape region, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and exceptional service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing regional team, fostering a culture of empowerment, continuous learning, and client focus.
- Manage regional P&L, budget allocation, and financial forecasting to ensure sustainable growth and cost-effectiveness.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, market segments, and strategic partnerships within the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, community leaders, regulatory bodies, and internal departments.
- Ensure strict adherence to all banking regulations, internal policies, and risk management frameworks.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform strategic adjustments and service enhancements.
- Drive initiatives to enhance client experience and uphold Capitec's brand reputation.

Required Skills
- Proven experience in senior management or regional leadership roles within the financial services sector.
