Key Responsibilities

- Thoroughly prepare work sites by clearing debris, erecting necessary safety barriers, and ensuring a consistently tidy and secure environment.
- Perform general maintenance tasks, which include minor repairs, foundational painting, and basic landscaping duties as required.
- Operate various hand and power tools under direct supervision, adhering strictly to all established safety guidelines and protocols.
- Execute physical tasks such as digging trenches, expertly mixing concrete, and providing crucial assistance with foundation work when necessary.
- Ensure that all tools and equipment are meticulously maintained, thoroughly cleaned, and properly stored after each use, promoting longevity and safety.

Required Skills
- Proven physical fitness and the ability to safely lift and carry heavy objects (up to 25kg) and perform strenuous physical tasks for extended periods.
- A foundational understanding of construction site safety procedures and an awareness of potential hazards.
- Possession of a strong work ethic, coupled with a proactive and adaptable 'can-do' attitude.
