Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (e.g., bricklayers, carpenters, electricians) with various tasks as directed.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment onto and off construction sites.
- Clear construction debris, waste, and hazardous materials from the site, maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
- Prepare sites for construction by performing tasks such as digging, trenching, and ground preparation.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Set up and dismantle temporary structures, scaffolding, and safety barriers under supervision.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies diligently.
- Handle and transport materials, ensuring they are stored correctly and accessible.
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment.
Required Skills
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labour, including lifting heavy objects.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively.
- Basic understanding of health and safety procedures on a construction site.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications
