Key Responsibilities
- Perform general physical labor duties on construction sites, including digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials manually or with assistance.
- Assist skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, masons, electricians, and plumbers by providing support and fetching tools/materials.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from trucks and storage areas.
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris, trash, and potential hazards.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Strictly adhere to all safety procedures and regulations on the job site to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and accessible work area to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with other team members, foremen, and supervisors.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the site supervisor or project manager to ensure project continuity and success.
