Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor the main gate, ensuring controlled access for authorized personnel and vehicles.
- Verify identities and credentials of all visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel before granting entry.
- Maintain accurate and detailed daily logs of all incoming and outgoing visitors, vehicles, and deliveries.
- Conduct regular visual inspections of the gate area and immediate surroundings for any security breaches or suspicious activities.
- Direct visitors and vehicles to appropriate parking areas or reception points within the premises.
- Report any security incidents, unusual occurrences, or maintenance issues promptly to the supervisor.
- Enforce company security policies and procedures consistently and courteously.
- Assist with basic inquiries and provide directions to visitors in a helpful and professional manner.
- Ensure the gate area is kept clean, tidy, and free from obstructions.
- Respond calmly and effectively to emergency situations, following established protocols.
