This unique Hybrid role involves maintaining the pristine beauty of our historic hotel grounds, as well as providing expert horticultural services to select private residences and commercial properties within the Montagu area. As a Gardener (Private/Commercial), you will be instrumental in enhancing the natural charm that guests and residents cherish. Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily garden maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, weeding, mulching, and fertilizing across hotel grounds and client properties.
- Manage irrigation systems, ensuring optimal water usage and plant health.
- Implement pest and disease control measures using environmentally responsible methods.
- Operate and maintain garden equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Contribute to landscape design and enhancement projects, offering creative input and practical execution.
- Conduct site visits and consult with private and commercial clients to understand their specific gardening needs and preferences.
