Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of fundraising campaigns and events.
  • Conduct thorough research on potential individual donors, grant opportunities, and corporate sponsors.
  • Support the preparation, drafting, and submission of grant proposals and comprehensive reports.
  • Maintain and meticulously update donor databases and communication records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Draft compelling correspondence, personalized thank-you letters, and regular donor updates.
  • Help organize and coordinate fundraising events, awareness workshops, and community outreach programs.
  • Provide administrative support to the fundraising team, including scheduling, data entry, and file management.
  • Engage actively with community members and stakeholders to effectively promote the organization's mission and programs.
  • Monitor current fundraising trends and best practices to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Assist in creating engaging and impactful content for various fundraising materials, including social media posts, newsletters, and brochures.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for document creation and data management.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a diverse team.
  • Demonstrated passion for social impact, community development, and humanitarian causes.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

Preferred Qualifications
