Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming shipments, accurately verify contents against invoices, and safely unload materials.
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Prepare items for shipping, including labeling, scanning, and loading onto delivery vehicles.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by performing regular cycle counts and stock checks.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely after receiving proper training.
- Keep the fulfillment center clean, organized, and free from hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational targets.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or quality issues to supervisors promptly.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the fulfillment process.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 20kg, standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
