Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory items accurately and efficiently.
- Pick and pack customer orders according to specified standards and timelines.
- Prepare items for shipment, including labeling, scanning, and loading onto trucks.
- Utilize handheld scanners and basic computer systems for inventory tracking and order processing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist with periodic inventory counts and quality control checks.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity goals and operational excellence.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other equipment as required, after receiving proper training.
Required Skills
- Ability to stand, walk, lift (up to 50 lbs), bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
