We are seeking a highly motivated, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Fuel Station Attendant for the morning shift at our Opebi, Ikeja service station. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately dispense fuel to customers' vehicles, adhering strictly to safety procedures.
- Process cash, card, and mobile payments efficiently and accurately, providing correct change and receipts.
- Maintain a clean and organized fuel pump area, ensuring a safe environment for customers and colleagues.
- Greet customers warmly, provide excellent customer service, and assist with general inquiries.
- Monitor fuel levels and report any discrepancies or issues to the station supervisor.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
- Assist with basic vehicle checks (e.g., tire pressure, oil levels) if requested and trained.
- Handle minor complaints professionally and escalate complex issues to management.
- Operate the POS system and other station equipment effectively.
- Participate in daily shift handovers, ensuring smooth transitions between shifts.
