Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival at the service station.
- Dispense fuel accurately and safely according to customer requests.
- Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately and efficiently, issuing receipts as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the fuel pump area, forecourt, and other designated areas.
- Monitor fuel levels and report any discrepancies or issues to the station manager.
- Assist customers with basic inquiries and direct them to other services available at the station.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety procedures and guidelines for fuel handling.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and other station equipment effectively.
- Participate in regular inventory checks and ensure stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth station operations during shifts.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
