Job Description
Conoil Plc is seeking a highly motivated and reliable Fuel Attendant to join our team in Ikoyi, Lagos. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service at our petrol station, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the fuel dispensing process, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This is a full-time position, working rotating shifts including weekends and holidays. You will be directly interacting with customers, handling cash transactions, and providing accurate and prompt service. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety regulations. The position offers the opportunity to be part of a well-established company in a fast-paced industry, with competitive compensation and benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing courteous and efficient customer service to all customers.
- Accurately dispensing fuel to vehicles, ensuring the correct grade and quantity.
- Handling cash transactions efficiently and accurately, providing receipts as needed.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including the fuel dispensing equipment and surrounding areas.
- Adhering to all safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
- Assisting customers with any inquiries or concerns.
- Monitoring fuel levels and reporting any discrepancies to management.
- Performing routine checks and maintenance on fuel dispensing equipment (under supervision).
- Assisting with stocktaking and inventory management when required.
- Promoting a positive and professional image of Conoil Plc.
