Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing reservations, including taking bookings, confirming details, and processing cancellations through the hotel's system.
- Operate the hotel's telephone system, direct calls to appropriate departments, and take accurate messages for guests and staff.
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate billing records with strict adherence to financial protocols and security measures.
- Provide comprehensive local information and personalized recommendations to guests regarding attractions, dining, events, and transportation options.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Kinyarwanda, with a clear and articulate speaking style.
