Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and processing shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs forms, and invoices.
- Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and customs officials to ensure smooth operations.
- Track and trace shipments, providing updates to clients and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of all freight movements and related correspondence.
- Learn and adhere to all relevant national and international shipping regulations.
- Support senior clerks and freight forwarders with administrative tasks.
