Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, vision, and desired outcomes for events and commercial shoots.
- Plan and execute photography sessions, including scouting locations, setting up equipment, and directing subjects as needed.
- Capture high-quality, professional-grade images for various occasions such as corporate events, conferences, social gatherings, product launches, brand campaigns, and lifestyle shoots.
- Perform advanced post-production work, including culling, editing, retouching, and color grading to ensure consistent and high-quality deliverables.
- Manage project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of edited images to clients.
- Maintain and organize photographic equipment, ensuring it is in excellent working condition.
- Develop and maintain a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of event and commercial photography work.
- Adhere to professional standards of conduct and representation during all assignments.
Required Skills
- Proficiency with professional-grade DSLR/mirrorless cameras and various lenses.
- Expertise in photographic lighting techniques (natural and artificial).
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or other industry-standard editing software.
- Strong understanding of composition, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and subject direction.
