Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-quality photography for a diverse range of events hosted at Transcorp Hilton Abuja, including conferences, corporate meetings, weddings, galas, and social gatherings.
- Produce compelling commercial and lifestyle imagery for marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and print materials, showcasing hotel amenities, dining experiences, rooms, and public spaces.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and events teams to understand project briefs, creative vision, and desired outcomes.
- Manage all aspects of photography, from equipment setup and lighting to shooting, culling, editing, and delivering final images in specified formats and resolutions.
- Ensure all imagery aligns with Transcorp Hilton Abuja's brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in style, quality, and messaging.
- Utilize advanced photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop) to enhance images while maintaining a natural and professional aesthetic.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and excellent communication with clients, hotel staff, and event attendees.
- Adhere to agreed-upon deadlines and deliver projects promptly and efficiently.
- Safeguard and maintain personal photography equipment in excellent working condition.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in professional-grade DSLR/mirrorless camera systems and lenses.
- Expertise in studio lighting, natural light, and event lighting techniques.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop for image editing and retouching.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in event photography, commercial photography, and lifestyle photography.
- Excellent compositional skills and a keen eye for detail.
