Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food orders to customers' specified locations.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, payments, and customer interactions.
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Handle cash and electronic payment transactions accurately and securely.
- Adhere strictly to all UAE traffic laws and company safety protocols.
- Regularly inspect and maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the company-provided motorcycle.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, restaurant staff, and customers regarding order status or delays.
- Represent the company and its partners positively at all times.
Required Skills
- Valid UAE motorcycle driving license (mandatory).
- Good knowledge of Sharjah city roads, areas, and major landmarks.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to ensure timely deliveries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in various weather conditions.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience (at least 6 months) as a delivery rider in the UAE.
