Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of food items according to established recipes and safety guidelines.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, fryers, and dishwashers.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all food preparation and serving areas, including dining rooms, kitchens, and storage areas.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, storing, and rotating food supplies.
- Interact positively with customers, providing friendly and efficient service, and addressing inquiries or concerns professionally.
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and food handling regulations and company policies.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for various meal services.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery during peak hours.
- Monitor food temperatures and ensure proper storage to prevent spoilage and waste.
- Support special events or catering services as needed.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
