Key Responsibilities
- Perform various tasks involved in the processing, preparation, and packaging of fish products, including filleting, trimming, curing, smoking, and packing.
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, following all operating instructions and safety guidelines.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety, hygiene, and quality control procedures (HACCP, BRC standards).
- Conduct regular quality checks on products throughout the production line to ensure they meet company specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, including cleaning and sanitising equipment and work areas.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of raw materials and finished products as required.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, quality issues, or safety concerns to supervisory staff immediately.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet daily production targets and schedules.
- Participate in training sessions as required to enhance skills and knowledge of food production processes and safety.
Required Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled food production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Good manual dexterity and physical stamina for tasks involving standing, lifting, and repetitive movements.

Preferred Qualifications
