Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and buffet stations.
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements and menu inquiries.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all special requests are communicated to the kitchen/bar.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Clear tables, wash dishes, and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining areas, kitchen, and storage.
- Replenish supplies such as cutlery, glassware, condiments, and napkins.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback with professionalism, escalating to management when necessary.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other service team members.
- Process payments and operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately.
- Support inventory management by reporting low stock levels of essential F&B items.
