Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and clearing of tables, service areas, and dining spaces.
- Greet guests warmly, present menus, and assist with taking food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, adhering to service standards.
- Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all food and beverage areas.
- Restock cutlery, crockery, glasses, condiments, and other supplies as needed.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, storing, and rotating stock.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service.
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Learn and memorize menu items, daily specials, and beverage offerings.
- Operate basic F&B equipment, such as coffee machines and point-of-sale systems, after training.
