Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests and seat them appropriately, providing menus and daily specials.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, offering recommendations and answering questions.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, anticipating and addressing any needs or concerns.
- Process guest payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash or card transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including table setup and resetting.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen, bar, and other front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
