Key Responsibilities
- Operate various floor polishing and buffing machines (e.g., rotary scrubbers, burnishers) effectively and safely.
- Prepare floor surfaces for polishing, including sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping.
- Apply appropriate cleaning agents, waxes, polishes, and sealants according to floor type and manufacturer guidelines.
- Identify and treat stains, scuffs, and other imperfections on various floor surfaces.
- Ensure consistent and high-quality shine and appearance across all designated floor areas.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
- Maintain and clean polishing equipment and tools regularly, reporting any malfunctions or repair needs.
- Manage and store cleaning supplies and chemicals safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other cleaning staff and supervisors to ensure overall site cleanliness and project completion.

Required Skills
