Key Responsibilities
- Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently to transport goods, packages, or personnel as per schedule.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any defects or maintenance needs promptly.
- Ensure timely deliveries and pick-ups, adhering strictly to planned routes and schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and other relevant logs.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, team members, and customers.
- Assist with loading and unloading goods as required, ensuring proper handling and securing of items.
- Keep the vehicle clean and in good working order.
- Represent the company professionally and courteously to clients and the public.
Required Skills
- Valid Nigerian Driver's License (Class E or G preferred)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to read and follow maps/GPS directions effectively
