Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the scheduling and coordination of vehicle maintenance and repairs, minimizing downtime.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date fleet records, including vehicle registration, insurance, and service history.
  • Monitor vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and mileage reports to identify trends and potential issues.
  • Coordinate with drivers and external vendors for vehicle assignments, deliveries, and service needs.
  • Help ensure all fleet operations comply with local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
  • Process invoices and track expenses related to fleet operations, maintaining budget adherence.
  • Support the procurement of new vehicles, parts, and accessories as needed.
  • Assist in managing vehicle breakdowns and roadside assistance, ensuring timely resolution.
