Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare client review packs and meeting documentation.
  • Assist with client onboarding processes, including data entry and paperwork completion.
  • Conduct basic research on financial products, regulations, and market trends.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and database information.
  • Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and in-person under supervision.
  • Support Financial Planners with administrative tasks and diary management.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
  • Process new business applications and track their progress.
  • Coordinate internal meetings and prepare relevant materials.

Required Skills

  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive and eager to learn within a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A-Levels or equivalent qualifications, preferably with a focus on business or finance.
