Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and meticulously managing production schedules, timelines, and critical deadlines.
- Coordinate all logistical aspects for shoots, including securing suitable locations, obtaining necessary permits, and arranging catering.
- Manage comprehensive travel arrangements and accommodations for cast and crew members, both local and international.
- Prepare and accurately distribute essential production documents such as call sheets, daily production reports, and shoot schedules.
- Provide vital assistance with budget tracking, meticulous expense reporting, and managing petty cash reconciliations.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for crew members, vendors, and external partners, ensuring clear communication channels.
- Organise and maintain detailed production files, digital databases, and physical assets, ensuring easy access and proper archiving.
- Support pre-production tasks including casting coordination, script breakdown analysis, and securing equipment rentals.
- Facilitate effective and consistent communication between various production departments to ensure cohesive teamwork.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory guidelines on set and during all production activities.
- Assist in securing necessary releases, clearances, and copyright permissions for all production elements.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the entire production team as and when required.
