Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in comprehensive training sessions to master product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
- Conduct daily field visits to assigned territories within Embu County to identify and approach potential clients.
- Present and promote company products/services to new and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including client feedback and market intelligence.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies.
- Continuously learn about market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- Minimum KCSE certificate or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
