Key Responsibilities
- Execute outdoor promotional activities and campaigns to drive foot traffic to Naivas Supermarket branches and specific product sections.
- Directly engage with potential customers in various public spaces, markets, and residential areas within Kerugoya and surrounding regions.
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and ongoing promotions to prospective customers, encouraging purchases and fostering brand loyalty.
- Distribute marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and product samples, ensuring brand messaging is clear, compelling, and consistent.
- Identify new sales opportunities and potential customer segments within the assigned territory through proactive scouting and market analysis.
- Collect customer feedback and market intelligence, reporting insights to the marketing and sales teams for strategic planning and product development.
- Assist in setting up and dismantling promotional stands or displays at outdoor events, local festivals, and community activations.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and promotion targets as set by the management, contributing directly to the store's performance.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with community members and local stakeholders to enhance brand reputation and goodwill.
- Represent Naivas Supermarket with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity at all times during field operations.
- Provide support during in-store promotional events and customer service initiatives as needed, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Ensure strict compliance with all company policies, marketing guidelines, and local regulations during all field operations.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in field sales, direct marketing, or outdoor promotions (minimum 1 year).
