Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of gas network assets and infrastructure in your assigned area, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Collect accurate data and report findings promptly using mobile devices and company-specific systems.
- Identify and report potential safety hazards, gas leaks, or urgent maintenance needs to the relevant departments.
- Liaise effectively with members of the public, contractors, and other stakeholders, acting as a professional and approachable representative of Cadent Gas.
- Assist with minor repairs, preventative maintenance tasks, and general site upkeep under expert supervision.
- Respond to initial customer inquiries and provide clear, helpful information, escalating complex issues to appropriate departments.
