Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present menus, providing detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies).
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, using POS system, and relaying them to the kitchen/bar staff promptly.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring correct table placement and adherence to service standards.
- Set up and reset tables according to established luxury standards, including cutlery, glassware, and linens.
- Clear tables, wash dishes, and maintain a clean and organized dining area throughout service.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively respond to any feedback or requests.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other F&B team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist in the opening and closing procedures of the F&B outlets as required.
