Key Responsibilities
- Greeting customers warmly and taking accurate food and beverage orders.
- Operating point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling cash and card transactions efficiently.
- Preparing food items according to established recipes and quality standards, including assembling sandwiches, preparing fries, and pouring drinks.
- Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times in food preparation and serving areas.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and organized workspace, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Restocking condiment stations, beverage dispensers, and other supplies as needed.
- Assisting with inventory management and reporting stock levels to supervisors.
- Working collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service and a positive work environment.
- Responding to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations.
