Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections and ordering.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Prepare simple food items, beverages, and desserts according to Wimpy standards and recipes.
- Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely and courteous manner.
- Handle cash and card transactions with precision, providing correct change and processing payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen service areas.
- Assist with washing dishes, cleaning equipment, and restocking supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations and a positive customer experience.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally and efficiently.
