Key Responsibilities

- Prepare food items according to KFC's strict quality and hygiene standards.
- Handle cash and card transactions with precision, operating point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant premises, including dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen areas.
- Ensure all food safety and health regulations are strictly adhered to at all times.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and rotating products.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints professionally and promptly.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including uniform and personal hygiene standards.
