Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and drink orders.
- Prepare food items according to Steers' recipes and quality standards, including flame-grilling burgers, preparing chips, and assembling meals.
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Stock inventory, ensuring ingredients and supplies are readily available.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety and health regulations.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures of the restaurant.
