Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet customers upon arrival and provide exceptional service with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders from customers, ensuring all specifications and special requests are noted.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently, process payments (cash, card, mobile) accurately, and manage cash float.
- Prepare simple food items such as drinks, desserts, and side dishes according to Lotteria's quality standards.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve minor complaints, and provide information about menu items and promotions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the counter area, dining room, restrooms, and other public spaces.
- Stock and replenish condiments, napkins, and other supplies as needed throughout the shift.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning, organizing, and preparing for the next shift.
Required Skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to operate a POS system and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Korean for customer interaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
