You will also be expected to contribute significantly to strategic planning, bringing innovative ideas to improve farming practices, embrace new technologies like precision agriculture and remote sensing, and enhance the overall sustainability and profitability of our operations. This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual passionate about agriculture, eager to make a significant impact within a leading company dedicated to economic development and community welfare in Mozambique. You will work within a supportive framework that values continuous learning and professional growth, collaborating with agricultural experts and contributing to the vital sugar industry in the region. We are looking for someone who is not only a skilled agriculturalist with a robust technical background but also a natural leader who can inspire and empower their team to achieve excellence, foster a safe and productive working environment, and ensure the long-term viability and success of our farming enterprise.
