Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production line machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Perform manual tasks such as loading raw materials, moving products, and stacking finished goods.
- Conduct quality checks on products at various stages of the production process to identify and report defects.
- Package finished products, ensuring correct labeling and sealing for distribution.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all housekeeping and hygiene standards.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety regulations, policies, and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues to supervisors promptly.
- Assist with equipment setup, minor adjustments, and routine maintenance tasks as required.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure production targets are met efficiently.
- Follow all instructions and guidelines provided by supervisors to ensure smooth operation of the production line.
