Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor assembly line machinery and equipment efficiently and safely.
- Perform accurate assembly and packaging of food products according to company standards and specific product specifications.
- Conduct thorough quality control checks on products to identify and promptly remove any defective or non-compliant items.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and procedures, including wearing appropriate PPE.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area throughout all shifts, ensuring compliance with housekeeping standards.
- Assist with the efficient loading and unloading of raw materials, packaging, and finished products.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, production issues, or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.
- Collaborate effectively and professionally with team members to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Follow detailed production schedules and ensure the timely completion of all assigned tasks.
- Conduct basic routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery and equipment as required.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and workplace safety.
