Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pack finished products into appropriate containers, boxes, or cartons.
- Inspect products for quality defects before packing, ensuring only high-standard items proceed.
- Seal and label packages correctly according to product specifications and dispatch requirements.
- Load packed boxes onto pallets or prepare them for shipment, following safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall factory cleanliness.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the factory.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including counting and reporting stock levels.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
- Operate basic packing machinery under supervision after appropriate training.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately to a supervisor.
