Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup, operation, and monitoring of production machinery and equipment.
- Perform routine checks on products for quality assurance, reporting any deviations or defects.
- Manage and organize raw materials, components, and finished goods within the factory floor.
- Load and unload materials and products, potentially using manual or powered lifting equipment (training provided).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering strictly to 5S principles.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols, participating in safety briefings and initiatives.
- Support inventory management by assisting with stock counts and recording movements.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure production targets are met efficiently.
- Participate in basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting under supervision.
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparation of products for dispatch.
- Report any operational issues, equipment malfunctions, or safety concerns promptly.
