Key Responsibilities
- Assist with various production line tasks, including sorting, packing, labeling, and assembling products.
- Load and unload materials and products from delivery vehicles, storage areas, and production lines.
- Operate basic machinery and equipment safely and efficiently under direct supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering strictly to all hygiene and housekeeping standards.
- Perform routine quality checks on products to identify defects or inconsistencies and report issues promptly to supervisors.
- Support skilled operators and technicians with material handling and other tasks as needed.
- Strictly adhere to all company safety regulations, procedures, and wearing of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Handle materials and finished goods with care to prevent damage and waste.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual tasks, including lifting up to 25kg.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.
